First Game Roster Request

As a service to our clubs, South Florida United is asking all teams to fax in their first league game roster to our Red Card fax (305-704-3811) and also to our Registrar (954-771-9913)  upon completion of play. This is regardless of whether or not there was a red card issued in the game. It will serve as a backup to your recordkeeping in questions of eligibility for State and Regional Cup participation.  Please do NOT fax every game roster; only the first game roster and only your own.  If there was a red card issed in the game; you would still need to send both game rosters as in any other red card situation.  This is only for the first game and only as a backup to you own record storage.

REMINDER: Team Registration Instructions

REMINDER: Despite FYSA's migration to GotSoccer, SFUYSA still requires you to utilize SFUYSA Game Forms in ALL SFUYSA contests.  We also REQUIRE ALL Teams to complete the online team registration information.  Teams MUST register their players on the SFUYSA web site 24 hours prior to any players participating in SFUYSA contests.  THIS IS NOT THE SAME AS REGISTERING YOUR PLAYERS with FYSA's GOT SOCCER!!!  It is also ESSENTIAL that any players that are playing more than one year up, have permission from their DOC, and also Mike Strickler of FYSA PRIOR to being placed on any team registration or game roster.  The two year requirement is judged against the registered team code and not against the division the team is playing in.  Therefore, if a U18 team is playing in a U19 division, players that are U16 should have permission, but U17's would not need to unless the team code is a true U19 team.

There is a "SFUYSA Team Registration User Guide/Tutorial" at the following link: http://www.sfuysa.com/sfu/sfuteamreginstructions.pdf

The link is a pictorial guide that shows how to create team registration records in the new online system.  We will be continuing to refine the system to make it more user friendly, but the guide is a good start in assisting Reps and Coaches in creating these mandatory forms.  The good news is that once you create these records, the system will utilize the information to help you create your game rosters and eliminate the need to fax in Team Registration forms. Please DO NOT FAX TEAM REGISTRATION forms to the Registrar or Secretary.  We are no longer accepting faxed submissions.

As a service to our clubs, the league is asking all teams to fax in their first league game roster upon completion of play.  This is regardless of whether there was a red card or not.  It will serve as a backup to your record keeping in questions of eligibility for State and Regional Cup participation.
